SUPER SWIMS
Specialized Autism Program
At Super Swims, we believe in a growth mindset where learners can achieve success through dedication and hard work. By embracing this value, we help children with autism improve a variety of skills: social, sensory, verbal, cognitive and fine motor.
With every tiny step (or kick) forward, children can achieve success at each lesson. Our aquatic activities help treat anxiety; swimming provides a type of therapy that builds self-esteem and self-regulation. Children will also learn the essential aquatic safety skills to reduce the risk of accidental drowning.
Lessons are 100% individualized for each child according to their unique needs and preferences.
Davi is an enthusiastic swimmer who has made exceptional progress. He has advanced from assisted front and back swims to unassisted swims. In terms of life-saving skills, Davi has learned to swim to safety in a pool environment. As he loves his lessons so much, he now attends Super Swims twice a week! Here is Davi on the last day of a session, so proud of his report card and new popper fish!

Franco is an energetic and passionate swimmer. He loves diving for rings! Now that he is comfortable with his floats, glides, and swims, we are introducing front and back crawl. Overall, Franco is progressing quickly in the water and is a pleasure to teach. With his growing enthusiasm, he tends to feel sad when his time slot concludes, so we have extended his lessons from 30 to 60 minutes!
This Super Swimmer has been with us since day one. We have watched him grow and progress weekly in the water. His initial timid nature in the pool environment has evolved into excitement and positivity as he bonded with his instructor. Overall, his comfort level has increased immensely as he continues to challenge himself each lesson and develop new skills. We are so proud of his super swimming!
